Region 9 and Region 16 have joined to form the Mississippi Valley Workforce Area that oversees the workforce system in the 8 counties of Jackson, Clinton, Scott, Muscatine, Louisa, Des Moines, Lee and Henry. The Title I Youth and Young Adult RFP for the MVWA is now open. Proposals can be submitted between July 16 – August 24 to region16workforceboard@gmail.com.
