Region 2 North Iowa’s Regional Workforce Development Board (RWDB) operates as the central hub for workforce development initiatives for Cerro Gordo, Franklin, Floyd, Mitchell, Worth, Winnebago, and Hancock counties. We function as a private/public partnership board that oversees workforce development needs for businesses and community members in North Iowa. We strive for an integrated, diverse, and flexible system that places the needs of the customer first.
