WIOA Impact Report Request For Quote (RFQ)
The Executive Director of the Central Iowa Workforce Development board is looking for an organization, business, or independent contractor to provide an Impact study to aid in analyzing, evaluating and communicating the performance of the Federal Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) grant in Central Iowa. The study should consider both economic impact and WIOA performance metrics. The contractor must have experience in workforce development strategies.
The Central Iowa LWDA counties include Boone, Dallas, Jasper, Madison, Marion, Polk, Story and Warren counties in Iowa. The area currently manages approximately $2,000,000 in investment annually and has over 300 individuals enrolled in Title I services. The area has one comprehensive job center located in Des Moines, IA.
