Region 7's Workforce Board has strategy oversight responsibility for the workforce development system in the five Iowa counties of Black Hawk, Bremer, Butler, Buchanan and Grundy. The Region 7 American Job Center operation is a partnership between Iowa Workforce Development and Hawkeye Community College.
