Request for Proposal Overview
The Northwest Iowa Workforce Development Board is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) to interested and qualified applicants to provide Adult, Dislocated Worker and Youth Title I services. 

Questions and Answers
Potential respondents may submit questions about the RFP by emailing questions to:  Heather Garcia, heather@workforcedevelopmentboards.com (links sends email), no later than 4 pm  CT, Monday, February, 21, 2022.  Questions will be responded to in writing and posted on this website.  The last day the Board will post answers to RFP questions will be Friday, February, 25, 2022. 

Proposals Submission Deadline
All proposals are due by Thursday,  March 17, 2022 no later than 4:00 CT. Please submit proposals via email to heather@workforcedevelopmentboards.com (links sends email). Proposals submitted after 4:00 p.m. CT will not be accepted.
